The unsung hero behind my many photos is my man. He begrudgingly is there to make sure I get a post worthy shot.
For his 30th year I wanted to show him some extra love and do something special. Usually we don’t do gifts, but this year was momentous so….
I got him two gifts, 1) Daken the newest addition to our mini family… an adorable English Bulldog and 2) a Jord Wood Watch. What better things to get your man?

I’ve bought him watches before, but this one takes the cake. It’s a unique watch that goes with his “Old man style” (as he puts it). Which is essentially a gentlemen’s style: simple and classic.
There is something about the wood watch that makes it especially perfect for winter styling. Metal on most watches can be so cold, the wood adds warmth to your winter couture!
I was especially elated when I found the square face watch with dark wood. The square face is the shape he gravitates toward when it comes to watches, and I knew the dark sandal wood would pair well with his wardrobe.
