I wanted a sleeveless grey maxi dress for a awhile now.

I have seen this dress styled in so many ways, I knew I had to add it to my wardrobe. It would serve my mood-styling very well. Today I feel classy (grey maxi), today I feel bad ass (grey maxi), today i feel like… just throwing something on …(grey maxi).

It just works on so many levels.

Luckily a found a great one at my last thrifting haul, and I knew I finally found the one.

I didn’t want to spend too much on this trend because frankly you don’t have to.

It is such a basic piece, it was perfect for my “mixing-high-and-low-pieces” blog post.

Below is Maxi in all its glory.

I paired the dress with my aldo-studded heels;I also thrifted. A Mirina Girls Necklace, which is my high priced item (valued at $150). Then I have a leather jacket that is both- a high item (as leather gives a luxe feel to any look), but I also thrifted this item for only $25.
